Mbank pushes a new release to the Production environment once a month. One week prior to the Production release, the release candidate is deployed into the QA and Dev environments for the purposes of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Release UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Your team will have 7 days of testing in the QA and Dev environments prior to the Production release.
What should be tested during UAT?
Testing Your Fixed Bugs
If you have reported any bugs to the Support team, you will be informed on each ticket when the item has been included in a release candidate. We highly recommend that you test these items during the one-week UAT period to ensure that they work as expected prior to the Production release.
Testing Business as Usual
In addition, we recommend verifying your business processes to ensure that nothing included within the release candidate will cause any disruption to your normal flow.
What if an issue is discovered during UAT?
If regression bugs are discovered during UAT, please have your team submit a bug ticket as soon as they are discovered. Our engineering team will ensure the regression bug is fixed prior to the upcoming Production release.
